I have known Mr.Jay Sharma for sometime now. I have found him to be very professional in his work and relationship with, colleagues, clients and the public in general. Mr. Sharma is very hardworking and is extremely thorough in his work; when he shows a Real Estate Property to a potential client he would have already done historic background, recent building codes, updates and last but not least the current state of the financial market. Usually if you have written questions for him, to your surprise he usually has the answers well researched and ready for presentation. There are two facets which Mr. Sharma possesses that are admirable and they are the fact that if he is uncertain, or does not know the answer to a question he will be honest to tell you that he will give you the answer in the near future. The other is if anyone brings inaccurate information to him he will have no problem in saying that the information is wrong. I have no doubt that Mr. Sharma will be an asset to any Real Estate Organization that may use his service.

Jay recently helped me find a great apartment in the GTA. He spent countless hours helping me find the ideal location based on my needs.

During this whole process Jay was always available to answer my inquiries and questions, even late at night and during the weekends.
