When we first met Jay Sharma the first thing he told us was he was going to get us a better price for our house in ajax than what other houses on our street were selling for and he did just that. We weren't expecting to get what he told us and honestly was not far off. He sold our house within 3 days and it didn't even get a chance to make it to Mls. Then we started searching for a house and Jay was attentive in listening to what we were looking for and sent us many links to look at. We went to several houses we were interested in and even put an offer in on one we were very interested in. We ended up losing out on it but not anything to do with Jay as he fought tooth and nail to try to get the offer for us. In the end it was ok with us and we kept looking. We found the house that we are now in from a website that Jay told us about and to keep an eye on. I did so everyday. With a lot of help and I mean a lot of help over and above my expectations we landed the deal for this house and we ran into some difficulties in the closing but with Jay's constant communication with our lawyer , the other agent and their lawyer we got things worked out and we couldn't be happier. Personally I am glad the other deals fell through. Even with Jay on the other side of the world for holidays with his family he kept in constant contact with us by text and calling. Jay worked extremely hard for us and I would highly recommend him as an agent to sell and purchase a new home for anyone.
